·      Terms of service agreement – PLEASE READ - Yes, this is the FINE PRINT! Keap is a cloud-based platform. You will need a PC or Mac computer to access the primary features of the software.  Accessing the primary features and Keap Phone via an android device is NOT supported via an app. At this time there is only an iPhone app. However, Both iPhone and Android can access software via a browser. Keap is designed to run on the Chrome or Firefox browsers.  In addition, you will be required to purchase your own domain with a professional email address for that domain to use with the platform. Domains generally run about $10 a year. Professional emails can run around $1.99 - $5.99 per month. If you are unsure about how to set up a professional email, we will provide you some information on setting that up along with all your orientation information. You can cancel at any time (within 30 days or more of your next billing cycle), but we know you won't want to cancel, which is why there is no need to lock you into any long term contracts!  In addition, you need a positive winning attitude, willingness to learn and the time to invest in setting the system up.
